After 2 Years They Just May Have Figured It Out

Last week Dr Mike told Carla to feed me something strange
Pinto Beans and Pumpkin.

You should have seen the look on her face...
if I wasn't so itchy I would have laughed!

She sent Don to the store while she continued to
talk to Dr Mike (you can see Dr Mike's picture by
clicking on his name)

Carla cooked up some Pinto Beans when we got
home, mixed them with the pumpkin and boy
was it ever tasty!!

The only challenge is that both of those have a lot
of fiber - and you know what that means!!

Unfortunately I just couldn't wait and left a surprise
on the carpet for Carla when she got up.

Thank goodness it was not the kind of poop where they
have to get out that noisy vacuum that scares me

So far things seem to be working out really well...
I have hardly itched at all!

Help me Stop Being Itchy

Well they just had the carpets cleaned.

I have had a couple of accidents lately because...
the new pills did not agree with my tummy.

So then there were no pills for a while - YEA!!

However now I am super itchy again - BOO HOO!!

Carla has been shoving yet again a different pill
down my throat every day, but I'm still itchy.

So itchy that she put that darned cone back on.

If you have any suggestions to make this itchy
go away I sure wud appreciate it!!

It sure is great with no furniture too bad they
had to put it all back

Hot Hot Hot...

Things have been pretty hot around here lately…

Sure would like to know what’s going on.

Last nite I heard Carla say that it was 92 degrees
In the living room at 9:00 at nite, my bedtime.
But then anytime is nap time

I don’t like all this heat, it makes me even more tired
Than I already am, although my joints sure do feel limber

You should have seen me on my walk this morning
I was jumping around like a puppy!

Next time I’ll get Carla to take some video cuz seeing
a 12 year young, very royal Labrador X acting like a puppy
is really a site to behold.

The strangest thing happened last nite…
Don and Carla slept downstairs in the basement

And that darned cat Finn slept in the middle of their
Bed all by himself.

When Carla got up I expected him to be in trouble but
She just petted him and went back into the basement

Very strange!

She Didn't Believe Me

Today Carla made me go to work...

You know sitting out in the back yard is
not nearly as comfortable as sleeping
all curled up in the recliner.

I did not want to go outside today....

SO First Off...
I tried staying on my bed upstairs
Then she got me with a cookie

SO

I went and hid on my bed in the living room
She got me with another cookie

By this time I had to go outside
so I sat there and shivered...

she just smiled and gave me another cookie.


Do you think maybe just because it was about
20 degrees Celsius she didn't believe me???


Oh well, it was a good day anyway
lots of people went by for me to talk to

Woof Woof Woof!!

Grocery Shopping

Tonite we went grocery shopping...

I do love riding in the van, Carla opened the window
for me and we went nice and fast.

While they were in the store...
buying my cookies they left the window open
and the breeze was blowing thru very nicely

A few people passed by for me to talk to
but no one stayed and chatted.

HMMMM maybe they don't like dogs.

NAAAAA, everyone loves dogs, Right!

Starting Again

Carla and Dr Mike were not on the same page...

Don and Carla stopped shoving those pills down
my throat every day - YEA YEA YEA

It did not take very long before I was so itchy
I could not walk properly.

You try scratching with your leg & walking
at the same time - impossible!

Back to see Dr Mike we went!!

He poked & prodded, gave Carla heck...
she gave him heck back (it was funny to watch)

Now I am on pills every day again...
it has only been a week and I can walk properly again

Thank goodness because for a princess like
me that scratching thing is so not me!!
